Appointment Policy

Online Appointments:

We are now taking online appointment bookings for existing as well as new patients. Click here to book an appointment with us.

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

We are committed to providing all our patients with exceptional care. Cancellations without sufficient notice prevents us from being able to provide such care to other patients.

All bookings will require a deposit to secure your appointment. All appointments will be confirmed by us within 48hr of when it is scheduled via email (or SMS if we do not have an email address for you).

If there are changes to this, please let us know so we can update your communication records.

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible or by 24 LATEST prior to your scheduled appointment. You can call us on 0203 198 2026 or email us at [email protected].

If 24 hour notification is not given, or the appointment is missed, it prevents another patient from being seen and your deposit will be charged. We understand that things may come up at short notice so if you cancel after 24hr prior to your appointment time, it will be at the clinician’s discretion if your deposit is charged.

It is your responsibility to remember your appointments and you are encouraged to call and double check appointments if you are unsure.

Late Policy:

We will always attempt to accommodate you if you are running late. We would request you to kindly call us at the earliest to inform us.

If you are so late that there is insufficient time for the clinician to carry out the treatment, we will have to reschedule your appointment and some or all of your deposit may be charged.
