Should you require treatment, your dentist will issue a full treatment plan, clearly explaining the recommended treatment, all options which may be available, along with the relevant fee. A treatment plan will be followed by an email where all the treatments needed are explained in greater detail as well as the preventative measures that will restore your oral health.

Booking and Cancellation Policy:
We are committed to providing all our patients with exceptional care. Cancellations without sufficient notice prevents us from being able to provide such care to other patients.
All bookings will require a deposit to secure your appointment.
All appointments will be confirmed by us within 48hr of when it is scheduled via the preferred method of contact that you have provided us with. If there are changes to this, please update your communication records that you have provided us with.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible or BY 12PM ON THE DAY PRIOR to your scheduled appointment. You can call us on 0203 198 2026 or email us at [email protected].
If prior notification is not given, or the appointment is missed, it prevents another patient from being seen and your deposit will be charged. We understand that things may come up at short notice so if you cancel after 12pm on the day prior to your appointment, it will be at the clinician’s discretion if your deposit is charged.
It is your responsibility to remember your appointments and you are encouraged to call and double check appointments if you are unsure.
Late Policy:
We will always attempt to accommodate you if you are running late. We would request you to kindly call us at the earliest to inform us.
If you are so late that there is insufficient time for the clinician to carry out the treatment, we will have to reschedule your appointment and some or all of your deposit may be charged.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.

Following your consultation, we will provide a full treatment plan (where treatment is required). Your treatment plan will explain any treatment options and the relevant fees.
